"Very close from central station and petit France. I bought 1day tram ticket but didn't need it. Grocery store and cafes are nearby. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The room was very small and smelled like strong air fresher spray. Outside was loud and would not recommend for long stay but perfect for just 1 night. Breakfast was okay. There was aircon in the room but not sure if it was working well. We changed to lower temp but didn't feel like it changed. It was early chilly May so it was not issue."

"This is absolutely not a 5 star hotel. I have no idea who gives ratings for this hotel, but i was disgusted by the awful sewage smell in the hallways and the rooms are dated, with terrible furniture and configuration. Breakfast for €35 euro was nothing short of ripoff and had the worst food selection i have seen in French hotels including terrible, tasteless pastries which France is famous for. I dinned at their fancy restaurant which is looking to get their 1st Michelin. I must see the chef needs to learn a few things about cooking… food was horrible. The only thing i enjoyed was the service of the professional gentleman waiting on me and the amuse bouche they served. That is it. The main courses were terrible and left me with a bad taste in my mouth. €180 wasted. "

"Pros: comfortable bed, hot shower, very nice reception staff, good location near train station and historic part of town, good pricing, was offered free coffee because of my complaints Cons: housekeeping didn’t leave enough towels, looks like didn’t clean the shower either, safe stopped working and they didn’t change the battery while we were there. They nicely provide lemon water and popcorn in the lobby, but lemon water was bitter and popcorn machine looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in months."

"Has several rooms to sit in as well as outdoor courtyard. Very relaxing spaces. Excellent breakfast. Cheerful staff. Minutes from train station and very short walk to Canal and old town area. Highly recommend"

"Clean room, staff friendly. air conditioning didn’t work much, minimum it hot was 24C… Good breakfast, but for being France i expected more. Where are the fromage options? They don’t mention within the Expedia app that the pool is closed for kids at 5pm."
